Every project starts with a quick scan: research into the history of the building and into the space in the zoning plan and the policy documents. If the result is positive, the building is 3D scanned into a point cloud. This point cloud is mapped by our specialized modelers to a light, vectorial file. This is the basis of working in BIM.
We mainly work with Revit Architecture via cloud server. By working the entire process within one system, maximum efficiency is achieved: specification data, room statements and calculation statements are generated automatically. The design process can be followed by reviewing the 3D model or experiencing the space with VR glasses.
